Closed Tenancy Deposits - prescribed information

The Deposit regulations require that a landlord must protect a tenancy deposit and give the tenant a document called the Prescribed Information. Many landlords do not know about the Prescribed Information. This could be cured by a relatively simple procedure - a provision that once you had protected the deposit you could not exit the system until you printed out the prescribed information.
