Currently in order for social services to act to observe a child they suspect of being abused they must gather enough evidence before the court will allow them access to the child and unfortunately this can lead to cases where it is too late and the child has been injured further.

I want the Government to consider reviewing the amount of evidence needed before intervention so that children in need can be saved before its too late.
