Rejected petition Prisoners "three strikes" you stay in!

I believe the UK, should adopt the "three strikes" rule from the USA. If a criminal offends three times, then he/she does not want to learn or change and they should be imprisoned as if they have commmitted a murder, with the same parole rules applying. I believe this would be a great deterrent to preventing re-offending.
