Any Driver involved in an accident that causes an injury that requires Hospital treatment, should have to re-take their Driving Test.

This will remove incompetent and careless drivers, as well as those who are not Medically fit to drive, without discrimination.

It will also deter fake Insurance claims.

Those involved should keep their Licences, unless and until they fail the test. (Unless banned by a Court beforehand).
