Closed Proceeds of Crime Actions should be promoted without fear or favour

We should encourage more Proceeds of Crime investigations and actions through the whole range of crimes where it is indicated from such as where a vehicle has been used in a crime, through where property has been used in a crime, and through to where it can be shown a criminal cannot show legal earnings have provided income for purchases made. We should show no consideration in this to such as the consequences to families who by and large have lived well because they have been supported by a criminal living with them, and who might suffer discomfort by such actions.
