All Utility Providing Companies (Phone/TV/Internet, TV Licence, Water, Gas, Electricity, and Local councils to be prohibited by LAW from increasing their charges (both fixed and floating) by no more than 1% per annum and to be made to ALL have exactly the same charging period (i.e. Monthly or quarterly from April 5th each year).
