Closed social services meetings to be recorded in all childcare cases

i would like to ask for all meetings with childrens services to be tape recorded for court proceedings. this would prevent false alligations been made against childrens services but mainly parents, who are falsely accused of certain actiolns or statements. this would go along way in keeping famalies together and i believe would make meetings safer for the social workers and put parents at ease in what is already the most difficult situation.
