Rejected petition Bring in the death penalty for ALL sexual offences

In light of the recent court case of Stuart Hall, I propose that any and all sexual offences, regardless of the length of time passed, number of victims, age of victims, gender of victims or how the offences came to light, including those where the offender handed themselves in to the police, should be sentenced to death. In the UK, sexual offences range from brutal, sadistic rapes to shouting lewd comments in the street. All are unacceptable and ALL, WITHOUT exception, should be punishable by death.
