To ask that H.M. Government clarify the position to:-
1) enable the employment of people who wish to work but cannot do so without alterations to the structure of a position;
2) confirm that employers may do so without being liable to action under the Equality Act 2010 et al; and
3) encourage companies to positively discriminate in favour of people who want to work but cannot "compete on a level playing-field"
