As the roads are so bad now. It's time every person who drives on the roads should pay a fair share to maintain the roads.using all the money received to pay for maintenance.. This would make up a fairer way to fund the roads. The old way of road fund was a much better way. The government are losing millions by using the emissions as a way to assess the funding now .
