Rejected petition Reduce Tuition Fees in England

Since Student Tuition Fees have been abolished in Scotland and are subsidised in Wales it is time that the tuition fees in England were reduced. If it is possible to maintain reduced fees in Wales and no Fees in Scotland then it is possible to reduce fees in England.

English Students are the same as Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish Students.
