We the undersigned seek that in those cases where, after lawful inquiry or investigation public servants have acted illegally, inappropriately or in such a manner that confidence in the department of government local or national is undermined that they should be named and details of any disciplinary proceedings against them be published. For this purpose an amendment to the Data Protection Acts be made law.
