Criminally Prosecute Cynthia Bower, Jill Finney, Anna Jefferson and any others involved for deciding to bury a report critical of the watchdog’s failure to act over the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay Trust, where mothers and babies died.

In addition, they should be banned from working or having professional involvement in the NHS, to protect the public. They should be stripped of their NHS pensions.
