To set out powers to prosecute and bring to justice those who use these lasers pointers to intentionally blind/burn in focused/random/deliberate and intentional acts. There is no law set out the criminal penalty whether it be ASBO, Caution etc.

The law on using it on aeroplanes/helicopters etc is clear but not on humans. CAA have clear rules.

Parent/Guardians to be responsible for minors and police to take action as they fund these purchases,

Classify Laser pointers as Weapons just like knifes/guns are
