Any warranted officer found to deliberately mis using his office or deliberately with holding information in a prosecution or investigations that being part of the judicial process or select committee process or crown process.

A, shall lose the right of office immediate without suspension and pay that being reinstated in the event of non conviction

B, shall face prosecution for the offence of mis-using or with holding information of that office
C, shall lose pension and other office rights immediate

D, that lose of pension and expenses shall be back dated to the date of the offence and repaid to the public purse along with crown expenses.
