Most accidents at less than 10 miles an hour cannot cause serious injury.

Any doctor or lawyer should be struck off if found to be taking part in these ridiculous claims.

This is ruining lives and the insurance companies are taking our money year in year out without any representation against these fraudsters.

Anyone making any claims against someone else should be asked to put down a deposit of £2,500 especially where there are groups of persons making claims against the same person.
