There should be some legislation to regulate the rip off 'admin fees' that letting agents are allowed to charge tenants. Lettings agents can charge hundreds of pounds in admin fees to run a £2 credit check, and then there are all sorts of hidden charges for tenancy renewals, cleaning charges etc.Tenants have to pay them, they don't have a choice and are getting ripped off!
