Petition to request the government enact a statute that enforces an automatic 25 year prison sentence, with no remission, for the habitual criminal, who commits and is convicted of, 3 criminal offences, as these people have proved they are not fit to live amongst the rest of society who do not commit criminal offences.

If they are in prison they are not capable of committing a crime against citizens who try to live law abiding lives.
