Smoking should be banned by all inmates indoors except for remand prisoners. Smoking should only be allowed outdoors on their excerise time.
This would reduce prison costs since inmates would require less money to buy more cigarettes.
Its unfair that convicted criminals have more rights than a law abiding citizen about smoking in a place of work.
