Yes the Death penalty was abolished amidst fears that innocent people may be put to death..... that was then .... now we have the Means to Identify the guilty parties by way of DNA testing amongst others.

So where there is clear evidence that the individual has committed the crime then he or she should be put to death.

Pedophiles should never be released back into the public domain.
