My friends were killed by a disqualified driver, he is now serving five years for death by dangerous driving. He has four previous convictions for Dangerous Driving and eleven Disqualifications for driving while disqualified. He should have been in prison as his last disqualification was while he was out of prison on probation for Armed Robbery.
