It is a fact that convicted criminals in jail have human rights which do not extend to them up to the time they become a convicted criminal. The best, or worst (depending on your point of view), example is that as a non convicted person they have virtually no access to the legal aid fund, as a convicted criminal serving time they have unrestricted access to that fund. This is an empowering fact for some people AND WE NEED TO KNOW!
