Build Separate Kerbed Cycle Lanes along A roads linking all Villages, Towns and Cities with a fund of £100 Hundred Million per year over 30 Years allocated from the National Lottery Fund.
Councils or the Transport Department will apply for funds to create these Cycle Lanes.
(Lottery Funding = £2000 million per year so this is a small sum out of a big fund)

(The Transport Department will fund Town and City improvement separately)
