We The Undersigned petition you in order to express our concern and opposition to the spending review that was announced on the 26th June 2013.

It is our opinion that this review is unbalanced and will hurt the poorest within our society and do very little to stimulate the failing economy.

We believe that these cuts that have removed vital finances from the pockets of vulnerable individuals have a knock on effect of them contributing less to the economy as the less they have the less they can spend. This policy of cuts is like sailing the channel in a bath without a plug: it will stay afloat for only a short time before it sinks with no chance of being rescued.

We therefore call upon our MP’s to stand up for the impoverished in our Country and protect the citizens of our communities from these draconian cuts and vote against the spending review. And replace them with a transaction Tax on the wealthiest and cuts to MP’s perks.
