Closed End Translation services of Any languages other than English, Gaelic or Welsh except in Life or Death Emergencies

Translating general leaflets into any of the standard languages of English, Gaelic and Welsh works against multi-racial integration as it does not encourage people to learn to speak and read our standard languages. Other than Life or death medical emergencies leaflets should not be provided in foreign languages, for example leaflets in vietnamese or mandarin to claim benefits. Telephone translation services which are also expensive should not be provided too.
