Petition Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service CAFCASS to be removed from dealing with private family cases

I would like to bring this petition to the attention of Department for Education and further in regards to having a CAFCASS appointed for private family cases which I find should be REMOVED as it is unnecessary conflicting grief and complications caused upon the involved family parties,
If a child is at RISK the SOCIAL SERVICES would confirm to take such cases in to their own hands and take the necessary actions to work with the family and have a case report.
Their are cases where a CHILD is NOT at RISK and is NOT known to SOCIAL SERVICES yet CAFCASS gets involved and does a report and acts very biased towards the family party's causing the family involved unnecessary grief and disruption to the parents and the child involved.

REMOVE the CAFFCASS from getting involved in private family court case proceedings.
