Millions of houses and flats only have an Electricity supply. They do not have Gas as well.

It is extremely annoying to see consumers who have a bigger choice getting a "dual fuel discount"

Please therefore order Electricity suppliers to offer a Single fuel discount of 25% and also give rebates to electricity only households to compensate them for being over charged in the past?
