I believe it is a fitting tribute to one of our greatest politicians, Aneurin Bevan to commemorate his achievement and success at founding our great NHS. The staff work tirelessly and relentlessly often under immense pressure to keep our great nation healthy.
I call upon our government to mark the 5th of July to commemorate this with the creation of an annually marked calendar day.
