Rejected petition 24 hour access cash machine in Horbury wakefield village

We are a village of over 11000 people who live here.There are many business including pubs, restaurants and take aways which all deal with cash transactions. We have two cash machines in the co op and they both close by 10pm. Not everyone can get money before 10pm as they have been working etc. The cash machines dont always have money in them or are out of order.Our local councillor is not interested in helping us get one so please sign this petion so we can go above her and get it sorted.
