why are father not entitled to the same rights as mothers we are just as importand in the childs life and should therefore have the right of custody and all other rights that go aolng with it. if both want custody then both parents should be equally assesed to see who can provide the best upbringing that is responsible i am deeply offended that as a father i am concidered a lesser parent which current rules imply. imagine if the prime minister was in the same position do you think these seriously out of date laws whould then be changed?
