Rejected petition Being able to make a Doctors appointment other than same day or three weeks time

It would be better if we could make Doctors appointments when we need them. Rather than only been able to make same day appointments which you cant always do, or pre appointments three weeks in advance.
Why cant we make them for two, three or four days time.
