Rejected petition Close down the CSA ( Child Support Agency )

For over 15 years the Government have aloud the CSA to destroy peoples lives , I want a FAIR maintenance system put in place that is fair to both Resident AND None Resident Parent BUT most of all a system that benefits the Child(ren) . At the moment the system allows Fathers who dont want to pay for their Children to avoid doing so by going self employed and allows Mothers who DO receive fair and regular payments from the Father to use the system to STEEL money which will NOT be spent on the Child .
