1) Overthrow the laws which keep Handguns banned and allow them to be held on an Section 1 Firearms license.
2) Overthrow the laws which keep Semi Automatic Rifles Banned (above .22) and allow these rifles to be held on Section 1 licenses.

* I believe that gun license holders should have the right to hold these firearms.
