Rejected petition Bring back National Service

It's about time we brought back National Service. Just think of the benefits. The ne'er-do-wells will be taken off the streets and the Government will have cheap cannon fodder to put before the armies of countries where we really have no place to be. The unemployment numbers would be brought down at a stroke and we can pretend we are doing something about instilling esprit de corps in feral youths.
