Closed BAN CYCLING ON PAVEMENTS

Cyclists are a danger to the public when they cycle on pavements and pedestrian precincts.Some cycle slow but others cycle like maniacs weaving in and out just missing the pedestrians.It is only a matter of time before some one is killed. I would like a complete ban on pavement/precinct cycling.If caught an on the spot fine of £50-£100,if this cannot be paid at the time then cycle to be confiscated until payment made.If caught again a fine with confiscation but no return of the cycle
