Legalise pyrotechnics at football grounds across the UK and bring back the good old famous football atmosphere that thrived throughout the 70's-90's. throughout Europe pyrotechnics are used in mass to create outstanding atmospheres. People who use these understand the precautions you need to take and after they precautions its carried out safely. These would be no risk to safety in grounds as I believe this is wanted by the majority of the country.
