Rejected petition Provide students with a 'cottage industry' business upon departing formal academic education

Upon leaving formal education the student not only leaves with formal qualifications but, also a cottage industry style business.

This being created by the teaching of self reliance through business studies and other relevant academic disciplines. These Cottage Industry businesses (Ci) registered at the equivalent of companies house and exempt from taxes, red tape administration etc.

The Ci, to have a limited shelf life before the individuals formally have to be converted into a Limited Company at Companies house and subject to normal taxation requirements.

This initiative is not only to serve as a tool for self reliance but also to provide confidence to the individual supporting their personal and interpersonal welfare.
