We the undersigned are professionals working within the Property Lettings Industry.

The ongoing campaign by the likes of Shelter are harming the industry by abolishing the admin fees agents charge as agents will not be able to operate properly which will result in rents being increased to cover the costs.

Landlords will end up suffering becuase properties will be left empty for long periods & repossessions will also increase.

Tenants will suffer in the increased rent.
