To compel the government to introduce legislation that prevents PSV operators from using aged tyres despite their outward condition. Research and guidance already exists that advises tyres should not be fitted if older that 6 years old and removed regardless of condition when ten years old. Because this is not legislated operators are at liberty to ignore this
