Rejected petition Pensioner misdiagnosed, made to sell house and now is fine but homeless!

My grandfather was wrongly diagnosed with dementia and made to sell his house to pay for his care in a care home. 10 months later he was found to have an infection that caused his confusion, now that has been treated he is better but homeless, he is an 83 year old man that has been told he will have to wait at least 2 years before he will be rehoused so it would be better for him to buy a property!

I feel that if the NHS done its job properly then he would still have a home to go to.

Please sigh my e-petition to help me get him a 1 bedroom flat where he can live without the stress of maintaining a property!
