Rejected petition cyprus campaign medal

The standard qualifying time for the award of campaign medals is c 30 days except for those who served during the eoka terrorist troubles in Cyprus during 50/60's who had to serve for 120 days.
There can be no justification for this particularly bearing in mind the number of UK Service Personnel killed or injured during that time.The Government claim to advocate a 'fair society' and by signing this petition you will be demanding fairness for all those who served. Many of which were National Servicemen
who had no say on where they were posted.
