Petition Cyclists need licence plates and compulsory road training

Cyclists should be subject to the same laws as car and motorbike users and be forced to take responsibility for their own safety instead of flippantly relying on everybody else to look after them when most disregard the rules of the road.
All bicycles should have registration so when they run red lights, cut up drivers and other general disregard for their own and others safety can be held responsible and fined just as everyone else is.
Cyclists should also have to complete compulsory training just as moped and motorbike riders do. It would be in their own and other road users interest.
