The effects of Meningitis can be devastating if not fatal. For NICE to state that the implimentation of the vaccine would not be cost effective is unbelivable. I hope that the people who made this recommendation never have to suffer the effects of this terrible disease.
Please sign thi spetion en masse and make the Government act responsibly.
