After trying to sell my property for the last 3 years and being gazumped no less than 4 times, I feel that there should be more protection for both parties when selling or buying a property, a conveyancing system similar to that of scotland, where once an offer is made on a property it is legally binding, so if either party is to change their mind at anytime through the process they are to pay the costs for the other party, I feel that this is necessary in a day and age where families are getting stuck in properties that the are rapidly outgrowing.
