Closed petition Hassan's Law - Calling for tougher punishments to those caught with a Knife with intent to harm

Closed on

We are petitioning to get 'Hassan's Law' passed in parliament following the tragic murder of 15 year old Hassan Mahmood in Yardley, Birmingham.

We are calling for tougher action to be taken on those who are caught carrying a knife with intent to cause damage, harm or hurt others.

Knife Crime is on the rise in the UK & we believe, if a law is passed, handing down tougher sentences on those caught carrying a Knife with intent to cause damage, hurt, or harm others, those individuals will THINK TWICE about carrying a Knife!

We need to send out a clear message to others that Knife Crime IS NOT THE ANSWER!
