Rejected petition To ban the existance of The EDL and BNP

I call on the British government to give serious consideration to completely put a stop to the English Defence League (EDL) under current anti-Terrorism legislation and the Racial and Religious hatred act.

I strongly believe that the EDL and BNP who have extremely racist views should be eliminated from the U.K and it should become a criminal offence to join such groups in the future. The government should call for an immediate ban on these groups and maybe introduce a new law to stop these groups from growing in numbers.
