Closed Make Youth Work Courses Full Fundable so the come in line with Social work and teaching funded training

Following a battle with Student Finance England & BIS we are petitioning for all Youth & Community Work Qualifications to be funded and recognised in line with the work we do like social work and teaching qualifications.

Student Finance States that "Further Training for Youth and Community Workers" are fundable courses but this is not correct as they will not fund a level 5 Graduate Diploma Youth Work course now possibly causing this course to stop running for the academic year 13/14.

Youth work has always been less recognised than social work but this needs to change as we provide support to those young people and families that need support like social work so we should be seen to be funded like social work courses and exempt from ELQ's.
