Putting up a French themed 'Cock' created and chosen by anti-English foreigners as a slight to British former glories and the memory of those who gave their lives in service of their country is an insult to the nation and must be removed at once. Any money paid to the artist must be recouped and the selection panel of this woeful gaggle of ethnic agitators and third columnists dismissed. They are guilty of inciting racial hatred and causing offences thereof in a public place.
