over the past few years and the financial ombudsman has been dealing with consumer with one view , the ombudsman as an employee and defender for the lender against the consumer. over 50.000 mortgage payer getting ripped off by Skipton building society who charging the mortgage payer 4.99% while in the agreement promised the interest will be maximum 1% over bank of England . all complaint has been turned down under circumstance for lender, the same lender refused to honour they self built mortgage agreement and costing an average lose of £40.000 per customer. As always the financial ombudsman claim it is a special circumstance for lender and they can't ask the lender to honour they agreement . the financial ombudsman is The worst scam Britain has ever known .please shutdown until then asking to force them now to display in they full first page large note: we are employed by the lender any complaint made,the decision is not always correct neither has any enforcement to either party
