We the undersigned either want the LAW changed or ENFORCED on CYCLISTS who speed down the FOOTPATHS, GO THROUGH `RED LIGHTS` and ride down one way streets the wrong way, NO ENFORCEMENT` at all, if the law has been relaxed on them it MUST be written in the HIGHWAY CODE, there are LAWS in place for DISABLED SCOOTERS which is either 6mph or 8 mph max, yet CYCLISTS can be seen going 20-30 mph on the footpaths, why do the police allow them to get away with it, I guess being bias.

Either this is right or wrong per the HIGHWAY CODE.
